ALL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE AS "SHIPPING & HANDLING" .ALL CLAIMS OF DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED
TO THE CARRIER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS. ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPOTED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPET OF
GOODS. ALL RETURNS PRUDUCTS MUST HAVE RETURN AUTORAZION No. PRODUCTS THAT ARE RETURN WITHOUT OUR AUTORIZATION No. WILL NOT
CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Return policy: To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met: 1. For all returns for credit, Eagle Bag Co. must
receive all merchandise within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 10 days from the date of original invoice will
be treated as a return for exchange and no credit will be issued. 2. All packages must be sent to Our warehouse via prepaid
freight with a copy of the invoice. 3. All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition
and include all parts, accessories and/or manuals. 4. Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will
be subject to a processing fee of up-to 25% of the product price. 5. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations are subject to a 30% charge (from cost of goods). This will be in addition to any expenses (in general any art and plate charges, products produce of premisses) or charges related to the cancelled order and will be invoiced accordingly.Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
